In-Depth Consultations

All my clients get two consultations.

The first consultation will take place during the first meeting, during which I will understand your health and fitness goals, current status, limitations, opportunities, and other factors that will affect your results. This candid conversation will set the pace for future interactions as it will give me insights into the best approach for you.

The second consultation will be a review of the work you will have done after the first consultation to help us understand what works and what needs a change. Following these meetings, you will have the tools you need to embark on a 3-month plan, during which you will enjoy weekly check-ins and additional support at your convenience.

Customized Nutrition Plans

Everybody has a different relationship with food. Some people have gone years restricting some foods while others have been through binge-eating windows. Understanding your approach to eating is one of the key steps in this program, as it will inform me on what will work for you.

After each consultation, I will create a customizable program for you, detailing what you can do to achieve your health and fitness goals. And each time we have a review, we will determine the best way to move forward, ensuring we focus on the things you enjoy the most, thus setting you up for success!

Simple Exercises

While abs are made in the kitchen, it's important to find joyful forms of movement that you can add to your life. Movement is not just good for your physical wellbeing, but it is also impactful on your social and mental state. 

During the program, we will look at what suits you best, ensuring you only undertake movements that add to the program rather than those that make you dread exercise.

Exercise is not a form of punishment and you can rest assured that you will not need to sign up for a gym or go on 5 am morning runs, unless these activities align with your preferences and health & fitness goals.

Weekly Checkins

Sticking to a plan is often challenging when you have nobody following up on what you're doing. My program includes a weekly check-in where we will review your wins and challenges, enabling you to continue on the best possible path to achieve your results.

Moreover, I will often send resources your way that align with your health and fitness plans to help you find ways to motivate yourself even when you don't have anyone cheering you on.

The essence of the program is to equip you with sustainable approaches you can follow for weeks, months, and years, long after you have achieved your short-term goals.

What makes this 3-month program unique?

Unlike many programs that tell you what and when to eat, this program equips you with the nutrition knowledge you need. How so?

  1. Nutrition: You will understand how your body works, why you need specific macros, and how you can create a varied diet that helps you lead a long and healthy life. For example, instead of just asking you to eat one apple a day, you will know why fruits are important and can decide what works for your body.
  2. No restriction: This is not a 1,000-calorie diet nor is it an IF plan. This program allows you to eat what you enjoy in life, be it ice cream, cookies, or veggies while incorporating healthy foods. So, you do not need to say goodbye to anything, unless it harms your body per your doctor's assessment. E.g., eating citrus fruits when you have acid reflux can worsen your symptoms.
  3. Sustainability: Many people have followed one diet after the other for years but have not seen success. This is not one of those lose fat or lose weight fast diets. I do not promise instant results. Instead, I teach you simple lifestyle changes that will result in huge improvements in your health and fitness. So, you can use these skills one year or one decade from now and still get results.
  4. Customizability: Everyone has different needs. And as a certified diet coach, I understand this. As such, I only create programs after working with clients to assess what they need. What I give to one client will be different from what the other client gets. You can finally get a plan that addresses your individual concerns.
  5. Flexibility: This program is not set in stone. I will not ask you to hit the gym 3 days a week or only eat 500 calories for lunch. Instead, it follows what works for your body by using a combination of intuitive eating and joyful movement while focusing on your health and fitness goals. You won't feel tied to doing things you don't enjoy or don't have the capacity to do as there will always be wiggle room.

Finally, this program includes check-ins that enable you to get the support you need as you embrace the life you deserve.

How much does the program cost?

The cost of the 3-month program is KES 15,000 ($120) per person. You can pay this amount one-off or pay it in installments amounting to KES 5,000 ($40) each month. A payment plan and method will be available to you once you sign up for the program.

What about couples? The price per person will be KES 13,500 ($105) per person. You can pay it at once or settle for installments (KES 5,000, KES 4,000, and KES 4,500) in 3 months or the dollar equivalents. I will provide a payment plan and method once you have signed up for the program.
