Preparation

- Crack two eggs into the bowl with the tomato, onion, and green pepper and mix well. Add a pinch of salt to taste.
- Heat oil on a pan and wait until it starts smoking then add the egg mixture. Turn the heat to medium and allow the egg to brown before turning it over and allowing the other side to cook well.
- You can then serve the omelet.
